OUR DELIVERY AND PACKAGING
Circolare Club is based in Sydney and posts Australia wide with courier partner Sendle.
Sendle is a 100% Carbon Neutral delivery service, meaning that whatever carbon emissions they create from their deliveries is offset by supporting and investing in projects that reduce emissions. This includes forest regeneration, sustainabile technological developments, and even training communities in beekeeping.
Your Mystery Bundles will be sent to you in either; the packaging you sent them in, recycled cardboard boxes, or 100% compostable HeroPack mailers.
SENDING IN YOUR SWAP PACK
Sendle is generally your cheapest postage option- costing around $10-$15 for sending 2-5kgs of clothing. They will also collect your parcel directly from your home.
For larger bundles, when sending in your preloved clothes to swap we suggest that you pack your garments in a cardboard box (such as a reused wine box). That way, we can send it right back to you in the same box, and we minimise packing waste!
